STANDARD TERMS OF SALE AND SERVICE PROVISION
(Individual Entrepreneur "AUDIOPRO")
Application of Terms
These terms apply to all orders and contracts concluded with Individual Entrepreneur "Audiopro". The Customer's terms do not apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Subject of Services
The Contractor provides services for the creation of sound recordings, voice recordings, musical works, and other audio products based on written orders approved by the Parties.
Copyright
Copyright for the works belongs to their authors and does not transfer to the Customer. The Contractor grants rights for public reproduction and use of the works within the time frame and territory specified in the specific order.
Payment Procedure
Payment is made in the amount of 100% prepayment within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of invoice issuance. In case of late payment, the Customer pays a penalty of 0.4% for each day of delay, but not more than 50% of the debt amount.
Acceptance of Services
Services are considered rendered at the moment of signing the acceptance certificate. Claims regarding quality may be made within 10 working days after acceptance.
Liability of the Parties
For delays in performance, the Contractor pays the Customer a penalty of 0.4% of the order value for each day of delay, but not more than 50%. The Parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances.
Confidentiality
All information transmitted within the framework of cooperation is confidential and may not be disclosed without the written consent of the other party. Confidentiality obligations remain in effect for 5 years.
Force Majeure
The parties are not liable for non-fulfillment of obligations due to circumstances beyond their control (war, pandemic, natural disasters, etc.). The party must notify the other party of the occurrence of such circumstances within 15 days.
Applicable law and dispute resolution
All relations are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if an agreement is not reached, in the commercial court at the location of the Contractor's registration.
Final provisions
All changes to the terms are valid only in writing. Signing the contract or order means the Customer's agreement with these terms.
